Mercer Advisors is a comprehensive wealth management and financial advisor group offering customized financial planning, investment strategy with a unified in-house team of planners, investors, accountants, and estate specialists that design and execute your financial plan. Mercer has taken a sophisticated, time-tested approach that many high net-worth individuals use to help manage their financial lives and made it accessible to more families.

Deliverables:

Teammates worked closely with Elsy Studios to renovate Mercer’s new 16,000 SF headquarters on the 27th floor Tabor Center in Denver, Colorado. Spaces included multipurpose Office/Team rooms, Jit Rooms, Conference Rooms, Workstations, Ancillary Lounge, Employee Lounge, and Lobby furniture.
Teammates Solution:
Teknion Leverage workstations provided a functional yet unique workspace with modern features to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-inspired environment that balances comfort with flexibility, creating a workplace that invites people in and brings them together. Teammates utilized a layered and intentional approach to space planning, creating distinct “zones” for quiet individual work, training sessions, casual collaboration and team-wide gatherings. Teknion Expansion Casegoods was used to enhance the function of the Office/Team rooms allowing for versatility of a traditionally static space. The deign focused on comfort and warmth, and being nestled amongst panoramic views, the outdoors were brought in with natural wood tones, planters, and hint of color to represent Mercer Advisors.
