Client Profile: A non-profit organization focusing on the development of affordable housing. New headquarters located downtown Denver.

Deliverables: 30,300 square-foot space (2 floors) with 150 Workstations, 50 Private and Executive Offices, Demountable Walls and Ancillary Furniture.

Teammates Solution: Developed worksheets, based on our mock-up design, to allow employees to pick their workstation type, storage options and office configuration. We also completed a “chair rodeo” to allow employees to sit-test 3 different task chairs and ultimately vote on which one they preferred. Our team worked closely with Coda Construction to ensure the site was built out to work flawlessly with our demountable wall system. We also provided very specific install drawings to communicate what workstation type, storage type or office type was selected for all 200 employees occupying the space.
