Teammates Solution:

This project was an incredible undertaking and has been highly rewarding time and time again. Starting in 2022, Teammates has worked hand in hand with the Architect, Studiotrope Design Collective, and the City and County of Denver to create a comprehensive design package to be replicated throughout eleven floors of the building. Great care was taken to understand the end users needs and to accommodate each department accordingly. Teammates created standards for each type of space creating a cohesive feel throughout the entire building. Bright colors, fun patterns, and cleanable materials were a major consideration, giving the space an energizing atmosphere. A focal point on each floor are the business centers, typically located at each end of the building, allowing for a relaxed work environment, encouraging collaboration and variety to the end user’s workflow.

A large portion of the furniture package features Teknion Expansion, used throughout the offices, conference rooms, and the business center meeting table. Each floor also includes several “homebases”, a landing spot for floor-wide communication and news, utilizing a glassboard and tackboard to share information. Ancillary product lines such as Studio TK, OFS, Kimball, and Stylex were used to layer in inviting lounge pieces and supplemental seating. A semi-custom wood table anchors each end of the floor, creating executive meeting spaces that look out over the hub that is Downtown Denver.

In addition to furniture, Teknion Altos demountable partitions were provided, creating offices, meeting rooms, and storage spaces. The partitions accommodate integrated tackboards and markerboards within private offices, enhancing functionality without adding clutter. Clerestory windows were incorporated to allow natural light to travel through the interior, maintaining an open, bright environment while still providing necessary privacy and separation.

This project is set to be completed in 2026.
