Client Profile:
The DEN Airport Way project is a 25,000 SF office for Denver International Airport, supporting 180 staff. It combines aviation-inspired design with flexible workspaces that promote collaboration, focus, and adaptability.
Deliverables:
Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, Break Room, Ancillary Lounge Spaces, Wellness Rooms, Phone Booths
Teammates Solution:
To enhance the character of the space, a rich, warm color palette was selected for the furniture to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The design emphasizes flexibility, providing environments that adapt to users’ day-to-day work styles at DEN. A curated mix of furnishings from Enwork, Versteel, and Teknion’s Expansion Casegoods line anchors the meeting spaces, balanced with seating from SitOnIt Seating.
Additional furnishings from Allermuir, Studio TK, and Enwork are thoughtfully integrated throughout, complementing the faux plant wall in the breakroom and extending into a variety of breakout areas. These spaces are further layered with ancillary pieces from Arcadia, Davis Furniture, and West Elm Contract, adding both functionality and visual interest across the environment.
Breakout lounges are strategically distributed to support informal collaboration in a relaxed setting, while private pods by Hush Booth provide dedicated areas for focused work and confidentiality. Every detail—from material selections to the overall aesthetic—was carefully considered to bring this cohesive, airport-inspired environment to life.
