Client Profile: Boutique real estate investment and management firm based in Denver, CO.
Deliverables: 2,500 square foot space with private offices, breakroom, collaboration areas, reception area and conference room.
Teammates Solution: The building is triangular in shape, nicknamed the “billboard” building because of its advertisement capabilities. With the uniqueness of the floorplan we were able to use our glass architectural wall system to divide space while still allowing light through offices into the open common areas as well as preserve the impeccable views of downtown. The private offices surrounds a very versatile common area that is open to the mezzanine level. This space is furnished to serve as the employee breakroom as well as a great touchdown point for informal meetings.
