Client Profile: Senior care center focused on assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. New facility located in Gunnison, Colorado.

Deliverables: 52,000-square-foot building with 50 private patient rooms, reception and nursing stations, administration offices as well as common areas and cafeteria.

Teammates Solution: Our team worked with the client to ensure the furniture manufacturers met the pre-negotiated purchasing agreement pricing. Our goal for this project was to create a space that felt like home with warm wood tones and calming colors. We also worked closely with the client to ensure all patient rooms were furnished with removable storage options as well as an ultra-durable and extremely stable recliner that could be easily cleaned as well as aesthetically pleasing. All common areas were outfitted with height-adjustable tables to ensure wheelchair accessibility.
