Deliverables: Creating an environment which will attract bright young professionals to join the Stratagem team and encourage employee engagement.
Teammates Solution: Teknion City-Line workstations provide an open and collaborative workspace designed specifically to offer staff members different ways to work throughout the day with sit to stand tables. Hoteling options and re-configurable lounge areas allow individuals from other floors to work together. Multiple conference rooms with movable presentation boards also aid in helping engage employees and support the Stratagem core values: Listen, Learn, Advise.
